The HR team consists of 3 people and is part of the G&A organization.

Your main tasks would be as follows :
HR Strategy & Development
- Deploy and continuously improve theonboarding and employee integration journeyin alignment with global HR principles
- Contribute to HR development projects led by the Head of HR, providing alocal French perspective
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee and ensure the accuracyof employee lifecycle administration (contracts, amendments, employee records) in collaboration with the HR Officer
- Handlecomplex or sensitive contractual situations
- Develop and maintainHR reporting and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations
- Ensure HR practices fully comply withFrench labor law and internal policies
Manager Support & Change Management
- Act as atrusted HR advisor to managers, providing day-to-day guidance on people management topics
- Support managers in handlingcomplex and sensitive employee situations
- Lead and supportperformance management processes
- Contribute toorganizational change and transformation projects, supporting managers through change
Talent Acquisition
- Manageselected recruitment processesfor the French population, in close collaboration with hiring managers
- Support managers on role definition, interview processes, and hiring decisions
Hiring Process :

Specific benefits may vary depending on your country of employment (France or Spain).
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience & Education
- 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role (HR Officer, HR Generalist, Junior HRBP or similar)
- Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or equivalent
- First hands-on experience working with employee relations and HR operations in a fast-paced environment
HR Expertise
- Solid knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Practical experience across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, absence management, and benefits
- Exposure to employee relations topics (CSE, consultations, social dialogue) is a strong plus
- Initial experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
- Business-oriented mindset, capable of balancing people needs and operational priorities
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and supporting organizational transformations
