Job Summary
Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for operational and strategic performance.
Your Responsibilities: The Conductor of Social Commerce
You will be responsible for the operational and strategic performance of TikTok Shop accounts.
1. Growth & Affiliation: The Sales Engine
- Identify, recruit, and onboard highpotential creators.
- Manage sample shipments and measure content impact on GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
- Engage and retain affiliate communities around the brands.
- Write and manage clear creator briefs to ensure quality and performance of content.
2. Shop Operations Management
- Optimize product catalogs (product pages, TikTok Shop SEO, new SKUs).
- Monitor logistics, inventory, and customer experience endtoend.
3. TikTok Shop Ads & Promotions Coordination
- Support the management of TikTok Shopspecific Ads campaigns.
- Execute activation plans during key commercial periods (Black Friday, Summer Sales, product launches, etc.).
4. Data & Actionable Reporting
- Track key daily KPIs: GMV, conversion, ROI, CAC.
- Produce clear, concise, and decisionoriented reporting for enterprise clients.

Le profil recherché
We are looking for a full-time Account Manager (CDI) who can quickly build expertise on TikTok Shop.
You have
- Education: Business school or Master's degree (equivalent to Bac +5).
- Experience: At least one successful experience in agency work, e-commerce, social media, or TikTok (strongly valued).
- Mindset: Independent, resourceful, solution-oriented and results-driven.
- Data-driven: Comfortable with numbers and excellent analytical skills.
- Communication: Confident on client calls, structured and proactive.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (essential for our international clients).
