Chef d'Atelier H/F - Zefirent

Manages the workshop and handles administrative tasks, maintenance and repairs. Supervises the workshop's activities by guaranteeing the quality of the service customer satisfaction within their site.

Main activities

Organizes the activities of their team and workshop
- Identifies, recruits , develops and manages shop team
- Solicits subcontracting from other garages when necessary
- Manages the supply of spare parts (ordering, monitoring, stock)
- Schedules maintenance operations
- Calculates repair orders for invoicing purposes

Checks the quality of services and customer satisfaction
- Ensures that the work carried out is compliant
- Handles customer complaints relating to maintenance activities
- Replaces a vehicle in the event of customer dissatisfaction
- Ensures compliance with health and safety rules

Manages vehicle movements
- Carries out operational tasks required by the agency (RIV, movements, etc.)

Workshop management
- Ensures safety throughout the shop
- Ensures good working conditions for their team
- Ensures that their team works assigned schedule
