As a Lead Data Analyst, your role will be with your team turning raw data into actionable insights that directly influence the success of our games. You will analyze a broad portfolio of games with varied player audiences and User Acquisition activities from softlaunch to live games, ensuring a wide diversity of missions and challenges.Your work will directly support smarter decision-making and help shape the future of our games through data.Working under the responsibility of our Technical Director, will revolve around four main pillars1. Leading the Data Analytics activityGather needs from various teams (Game, UA, Monetization, etc.) and propose tailored analytical solutions and visualizations.Define and manage the data analytics roadmap according to studio priorities and business needs.Oversee the production of relevant and actionable analysis for different stakeholders.2. Data Management and qualityCollaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data relevance and optimize data flows.Identify and specify new data source requirements, coordinate with the data Engineering team for implementation, and ensure the quality and reliability of these data sources.Automate key dashboards and reports.Ensure data reliability and the accuracy of their visualization.3. Team Leadership and DevelopmentManage and mentor team members, support their growth, and promote best practices.Work closely with a wide range of teams - from UA and Monetization to game teams (internal and external), SDK, and Data Engineering - to understand the needs of each department and build a strategy to fit their needs4. Data Culture and EvangelizationPromote a strong data-driven culture across the studio.Train operating teams on data tools and in how to interpret insights effectively.Collaborate with other Ubisoft data teams to share knowledge and align best practices.

Le profil recherché

Technical SkillsProficient in SQL and Python (Mandatory)Experience with any Data Visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker...(Mandatory)Cloud experience (ideally Azure)Experience in Machine Learning (Preferred)Experience in Big Data (Preferred)Professional ExperiencePrevious experience as a Data Analyst in the video game (Mandatory)Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to clients and top managementExcellent communication skills in English and French (Mandatory)Autonomous and proactive, with a doer mindset and strong attention to detailTeamwork skills with a problem-solving attitudeA strong sense of ownership - eager to step beyond core responsibilitiesOpen to new approaches and sharing ideas (Preferred)
