As a Global Buyer at Voyage Privé you'll play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our hotel portfolio. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, France, you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels in a specific area, ensuring our members enjoy exceptional travel experiences while driving strong business results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across your destination to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong our partners through regular meetings and calls.
- Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We are looking for proactive individuals who move fast, think strategically, and are driven to make a lasting impact

- Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
- Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.
- Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
