With over 6,000 cyber security consultants within the Capgemini Group, including more than 1,000 consultants in France, and leveraging over 30 years of proven expertise in cybersecurity (IT, Embedded, Industrial, and Telecom), Capgemini positions itself as an active player in the cyber security market.
The Cybersecurity practice within Capgemini Engineering aims to strengthen its workforce and cybersecurity offerings for the Telecommunications sector and is looking to recruit one or more Cyber Security Solutions Integrators & Experts.
As a Cyber Security Solutions Integrator and/or Expert, you will take part in complex large-scale projects focused on the design and building of Telecom Infrastructures and Networks, enabling a wide range of use-cases such as Mission Critical Communications (post Tetra), Public Safety, Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) and Industrial IoT.Key Responsibilities :
* Design and implement end-to-end cyber security solutions across Telecom infrastructures, networks, systems, and applications.
* Integrate cyber security technologies such as NG Firewalls, WAF, Load Balancers, secure DNS, IDS/IPS, PKI, HSM, IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, SOAR across the Telecom environment.
* Automate security processes using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and orchestration tools.
* Create and maintain high-quality security documentations (e.g., HLD, LLD, SOP, etc.), diagrams, guidelines, procedures and training materials.
* Support and/or conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to validate solution effectiveness.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed security systems.
* Optimize performance and interoperability of security tools across multiple platforms.
* Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
* Train internal teams on integrated security solutions and provide knowledge transfer sessions.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with customers, projects' stakeholders and security solutions vendors.Technical Skills :
* Hands-on experience on open-source and commercial cyber security solutions (Infoblox, Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, CyberArk, Rapid7, etc.).
* Strong knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IGMP, etc.).
* Strong knowledge in cloud and virtualization platforms (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, VMWare, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of security protocols (TLS/SSL, DTLS, IPSec, SSH, HTTPS, S/MIME, PGP, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of IAM related protocols and frameworks (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS+, Kerberos, FIDO2, WS-Federation, XACML).
* Ideally, good knowledge in Telecom infrastructures, networks, protocols and applications (4G/LTE/5G, GSM/2G/3G, GTP, SCTP, DIAMETER, HTTP/2, etc.).
* Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, etc.).
Le profil recherché
Profile and Experience :
* Master's degree in computer science, information security, or telecommunications.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security, ideally in Telecom environments.
* Vendor-specific certifications: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Infoblox, etc.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Structured approach to problem investigation, solving and decision making.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset).
* Ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments, with frequent travel worldwide to customers' locations.Locations :
