THE POSITION
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The pricing analyst collects, organizes, and interprets data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making by working closely with Pricing peers to identify trends, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-driven strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pricing Data Analysis
- Gather and maintain pricing data ensuring accuracy and reliability including competitive data.
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in datasets.
- Support Grey Market investigations by collecting data from relevant tools (BO, SAP, etc.)
- Process & Tools optimization
- Structure, optimize and simplify the pricing processes to reduce the manual tasks.
- Improve current tools & build new tools to support a growing scope of the team
- Develop more efficient tools of collaboration with all the markets and brands
- Process Optimization: Recommend and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance business processes.
- Strong Skill to master tools such as Excel, Access & PowerBI
PROFILE
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years' experience in commercial strategy, finance/ controlling department, or pricing department.
- Proven experience in an international FMCG or beauty environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong analytical skills/ Business & Problem solving oriented
- Good financial and/or pricing principles and business understanding
- Structured, pragmatic, and proactive.
- Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)
- Fluent in English; other languages appreciated.
