Senior Content Manager - English - French C1 H/F - Equipaj.

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Creative, you are the cornerstone of the content strategy for Europe. Your mission: define a strong editorial vision, create content that drives growth, and embodies the brand identity. You will manage a team of 3 experts (Copywriter, Social Media Manager, Localization Specialist) and oversee content production at a European scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Oversight (30%)

- Define the European editorial strategy and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Develop the editorial calendar, aligning brand campaigns with performance objectives.
- Implement efficient workflows to ensure quality and responsiveness in content production.

2. Creation & Execution (50%)

- Write and oversee strategic content: website, landing pages, newsletters, CRM campaigns, product communications.
- Work closely with Paid Media, CRM, SEO, Product, and Local Marketing teams to create high-performing, optimized content.
- Develop content for new financial product launches and ensure multi-channel adaptation.

3. Management & Coordination (20%)

- Manage, develop, and upskill your team of 3.
- Adapt messaging to the cultural and regulatory specifics of each European market.
- Track performance through clear KPIs: engagement, conversion, brand consistency, SEO impact.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 7 years of content management experience on the client side, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong mix of strategy and execution: able to define a vision as well as write, brief, and produce content.
- Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1), both written and spoken.

- Agile and autonomous in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- High standards and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to align multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have:

- A third European language (Spanish, German, or Italian).
- Experience in finance, investment, or the ability to quickly learn technical subjects.
