Determined to find a solution, the team set out to build a platform that would make it easier for retailers and suppliers to access and analyze their data, without having to hire costly consultants.Description du poste

As Head of Product - Retail Media & Data Monetization, you will be responsible for the product vision,
strategy, and execution across the full portfolio of Retail Media and data monetization solutions
designed for CPGs and partners.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer of Vusion Intelligence, you will operate at both strategic and
hands-on levels, working closely with Business, Partnerships, Sales, M&A, R&D, Data, and Tech
teams, as well as with multiple geographical regions within the Vusion Group.
Your role is critical to:

- Build and scale a differentiated and impactful Retail Media and CPG offering
- Maximize business value through data monetization
- Align product strategy with R&D capabilities and business priorities
- Support international growth and product industrialization
- Ensure measurable value creation for both clients and the group

You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, from vision definition to delivery and
performance monitoring, while also building and leading an initial product team.

Key Responsibilities
Product vision, strategy & roadmap

- Own and drive the product vision for Retail Media & Data Monetization, aligned with Vusion Intelligence strategy
- Collect, structure, and prioritize business needs across multiple geographies and stakeholders
- Build, maintain, and arbitrate the product roadmap, balancing business objectives, R&D constraints, technical debt, and market opportunities
- Ensure the relevance, consistency, and value of delivered solutions

Execution, delivery & value creation

- Lead product development initiatives (new products, features, enhancements, industrialization) in close collaboration with Tech and Data teams
- Prioritize operational topics, validate design and development efforts, and make day-to-day product trade-offs
- Ensure delivered value matches expected outcomes (business impact, adoption, ROI)
- Monitor product performance, analyze usage, and drive continuous improvement

Business & go-to-market collaboration

- Work closely with Sales teams to support offer design, monetization models, and go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and market positioning
- Act as a key product contact for strategic clients and partners on Retail Media and CPG topics

Product leadership & people management

- Manage and mentor 1 to 2 Product Managers / Product Owners initially
- Structure and scale product practices across your scope (discovery, prioritization, delivery, value tracking)
- Foster strong product culture, ownership, and quality standards within the team

Cross-functional & international collaboration

- Collaborate closely with business, data, and tech teams in a complex, international environment
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, in English and French
- Actively contribute to product and data synergies across the Vusion Intelligence

Le profil recherché

- Significant experience (7+ years) in Product Management, including senior or leadership roles (Lead / Head of Product or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Retail Media, data monetization, and B2B data / AI products, ideally within the Retail / CPG ecosystem
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy
- Experience managing and developing product teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize and make decisions in complex environments
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (tech, data, business, partnerships)
- Solid knowledge of product best practices: discovery, agile delivery, roadmapping, value-driven product management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French
- Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or equivalent
- Strong sense of ownership, rigor, and business impact
