IDEMIA Secure Transactions Payment France is accelerating its business transformation with a strong focus on digitalization, innovation, and value-based selling.
To support this ambition, we are creating a Business Development role dedicated to Digital & New Offers, with the objective of turning innovation into revenue through structured go-to-market approaches, customer-centric value propositions, and measurable ROI.
This role complements the existing Account Management organization and does not replace it.Key Missions
The Business Development Manager - Digital & New Offers is responsible for:
* Structuring and monetizing new and high-value offers (e.g., HSM, post-quantum security, advanced digital services)
* Building and executing go-to-market strategies
* Driving incremental business on strategic accounts in close collaboration with Account Managers
* Contributing to the clarification and execution of the digital business strategy through market traction and customer feedback
Go-to-Market & Offer Structuration
* Define value propositions for new and digital offers with a strong ROI-oriented storytelling
* Identify target segments, use cases, and pricing hypotheses
* Develop sales kits, pitch decks, and business cases
* Pilot customer trials and early adopters
Business Development & Revenue Generation
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital segment
* Work jointly with Account Managers on upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Support complex deals requiring strong value articulation
* Contribute to pipeline generation and deal closure
Market Intelligence & Innovation Monetization
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
* Translate innovation and technical capabilities into business-oriented offers
* Identify potential new business models and partnerships
* Provide structured feedback to management on market traction and priorities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product, Technology, and Group teams
* Ensure smooth handover between Business Development and Account Management
* Act as a bridge between innovation, strategy, and commercial execution

Le profil recherché

Profile & Other Information
Experience:
* Proven experience in B2B Business Development, preferably in payments, digital services, cybersecurity, or complex technology environments
* Experience structuring go-to-market strategies for new offers
* Comfortable with long sales cycles and senior-level stakeholders
Skills:
* Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset
* Ability to articulate value, ROI, and strategic impact
* Structuring and analytical capabilities
* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and autonomous
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
