Les missions du poste

Editorial Production & Brand Identity Create and publish web content (pages, product descriptions, articles, inspirational content). Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice in both French and English. Develop and maintain editorial guidelines. Content Strategy & Digital Activation Manage the global editorial calendar. Coordinate creative production (web design, copywriting, market adaptations). Oversee content quality and accuracy prior to publication. SEO & GEO Optimize key pages for SEO (on-page, internal linking, content structure). Implement GEO best practices to reinforce visibility toward AI agents. Page Design & UX Optimization Structure and update core website pages. Partner with the web designer and e-commerce teams to enhance navigation, readability and conversion. CRM & Newsletters Ensure messaging consistency across CRM communications. Monitor engagement and performance; propose editorial and UX improvements. Coordination & Project Management Work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, CRM, creative and international markets. Manage freelancers (web designer, copywriter) and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key Qualities Creative, tech-savvy, curious, commercially minded, highly organized, rigorous, excellent communicator, strong digital culture and interest in AI. Profile Master's degree in digital marketing, communication, journalism or equivalent. 3-5 years' experience in web content and e-commerce, ideally within luxury, fragrance or lifestyle brands.
