Dans le cadre de ce poste, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

- Réclamation patient : enregistrement sous sharepoint et procéder à l'investigation et évaluation d'impact. Rédaction du rapport en anglais

- Déviation : supporté les pharmaciens dans l'évaluation des événements qualité

- Rédaction des PQR en anglais

- Gestion documentation : mise à jour de la documentation qualité et approbation de la documentation des différents services

- AQ administrateur de pharmasuite

- Formation BPF : réaliser les formations BPF accueil, création du support de formation des BPF annuelle et formation associée

- Support lors des audits / inspection (préparation de la documentation, backroom)

- Indicateur qualité : mise à jour et suivi des indicateurs qualité

- Coordination des systèmes qualité (extraction hebdo, suivi des CAPA)

- Participation à différents projets qualité ou des projets site en représentant le service qualité

- Relation client / groupe : supporté les pharmaciens dans les requêtes client / groupe (en anglais)

PROFIL

De formation Bac +5 à dominante scientifique, vous possédez une première expérience en qualité de 2 ans minimum, idéalement en environnement pharmaceutique ou cosmétique.

Vous êtes rigoureux, de nature appliquée, fiable, autonome, et êtes aimez prendre des initiatives. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.

Une connaissance des outils bureautiques de gestion des processus qualité serait appréciée.
