Ready to #setthetone with Believe?We are recruiting a Sales Performance Manager.
This person will report to the Sales Performance Director and will take charge of various responsibilities related to Sales Governance, deal with and without advance monitoring and review, support our sales teams in the Labels & Artist Solutions department in developing their commercial skills and knowledge.
Here is what your daily responsibilities will look like:
- You will review deals with advance and be part of the advance approval process
- You will monitor local Sales Performances and contribute to the preparation of Sales Governance local and central meetings.
- You will contribute to the Go To Market timeline and preparation on sales impacting topics, working closely with Business operations team.

- With a good overview of the sales process, you will contribute to identifying all sales process inefficiencies and push them to Business Operation for solution finding.- Together with Business trainers, you will contribute to identify outdated trainings and priorise them for update.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, our Sales Performance Manager must enjoy working within dynamic ecosystems, be able to constantly adapt, and understand how to collaborate with international teams.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in music.
- Comfortable diving into numbers, tracking KPIs, and turning Excel data into insights
- Strong analytical skills.
- You are fluent in English.
- Experience working within international teams and innovative environments.

- Good listening skills, and ability to identify issues.
