About the job :
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site installation activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key link between installation teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, contributing directly to operational excellence on site.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily installation activities on medium to large projects, managing teams of up to 40-50 people
- Oversee multiple installation processes simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules
- Ensure project progress, safety, and quality standards are met at all times
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Identify, escalate, and support resolution of technical or operational issues
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including progress, quality, and safety documentation
- Support the Site Manager by attending meetings, reporting risks, and contributing to decision-making
- Promote continuous improvement and best practices on site
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar role in installation or construction environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams
- Solid understanding of installation processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Comfortable working with reporting tools and documentation
