About the job :

We are looking for a Security Operations Specialist (PAM) to support and continuously improve enterprise Privileged Access Management services within a complex, international environment. This role is critical to protecting highly sensitive systems and data by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient privileged access across the organization.

You will work in a global, mission-driven context , contributing to the cybersecurity posture of large-scale infrastructures, while collaborating with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Review and optimize existing CyberArk implementations in line with industry best practices

- Perform day-to-day CyberArk administration at Tier 3-4 level, including incident resolution and operational support

- Handle Tier 2/3 tickets related to password rotations, account creation, changes, scheduling, and malfunctions

- Deploy, configure, and upgrade CyberArk components

- Define and manage access control models, user entitlements, and access policies

- Automate PAM processes such as onboarding, password rotation, and compliance checks using REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible

- Develop custom plugins, PSM connectors , and CPM plugins to integrate unsupported platforms

- Collaborate with peers and provide cross-training on the CyberArk suite of products

- Contribute to continuous service improvement and operational resilience
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in information security

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management consulting or operations

- Hands-on experience administering PAM platforms such as CyberArk , Delinea, Arcon, or equivalent

- Proven experience delivering PAM projects in medium to complex environments

- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, PACLI, etc.)

- Experience integrating CyberArk with cloud platforms and enterprise systems

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Nice to have

- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes , or cloud-native secrets management

- Knowledge of security and IT governance frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT)

- Experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management

- Project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel

- CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian)
