EMEA Marketing Director H/F - LHH Recruitment Solutions

Votre mission

The role leads and structures Marketing across the EMEA region, with the objective of supporting sales growth and business performance in line with the company's strategy, culture, and values. It covers the full marketing scope: market intelligence, communication, product line management, branding, pricing, digital marketing, and e-commerce. The position drives regional marketing strategies, coordinates campaigns and brand initiatives, and works closely with sales, product development, and executive leadership to ensure alignment, performance, and sustainable growth.
The position is based in Europe, with the company's headquarters located in France.

Votre profil

The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader with strong strategic thinking and proven experience managing teams in complex, international environments, ideally coming from an industrial or B2B context. They combine leadership, communication, and influencing skills with creativity, project management, and data-driven decision-making. A Master's degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of experience are expected, along with fluency in English and French, solid digital and CRM/BI capabilities, and the ability to travel regularly.
