What's the job?

Provide sound leadership to Maintenance Team as they maximize reliability of plant equipment.
Be leader of Professional Maintenance oriented improvement projects moving us from reactive at times to proactive.
Incorporate World Class Manufacturing techniques and principles into all maintenance systems.
Develop and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program focused on reducing unplanned machine down time.
Develop solid working relationships across all plant personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required in Engineering or related technical discipline.
10 years manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Experience working in a complex role with the Plant Leadership Team, corporate Manufacturing Performance Team, and unionized plant employees.
