We're looking for a Print & Digital Operation Manager to join our Performance and Operation Excellence department, reporting directly to the Content Adaptation Director. This role ensures the seamless deployment of global brand strategies across local markets, managing both print and digital content operations. With a strong focus on process optimization, cross-team collaboration, and supplier management, this position plays a critical role in supporting Coty's global content ecosystem.
Acting as a bridge between content production, tools evolution, and local implementation, the Print & Digital Operation Manager will ensure quality, speed, and cost-efficiency in content delivery, while reinforcing operational excellence and analytical insights globally.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Ensuring the smooth deployment of Brand Thinking (Content Adaptation platform) in all local markets, in close partnership with the Digital Technologies Project Manager.
· Supporting the implementation and integration of global and local agencies through training materials, documentation, and daily coordination.
· Working closely with procurement to manage relationships with external partners, including RFP processes and performance follow-up.
· Coordinating operational activities from external production agencies to ensure qualitative content deployment in the markets.
· Leveraging analytics to improve local/global collaboration and content performance in partnership with the Data Team.
· Promoting consistent operational processes across all content formats (print & digital) and markets.
· Facilitating cross-functional communication to optimize timelines and reduce production costs.
The role is based in Paris, with a hybrid work model of up to 50% remote per month.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We'd love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
· Solid experience in digital and print content operations within an international context
· Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple stakeholders
· Experience managing external agencies and supplier relationships
· Familiarity with content management and workflow tools (DAM, Brand Thinking platforms)
· Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
· Fluent in English and French (written & spoken)
· Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Project Management or equivalent
Desirable:
· Experience working in the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry
· Understanding of global-to-local campaign deployment processes
· Knowledge of content production cost optimization and analytics
