Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.As an R&D Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the R&D FP&A to ensure accurate financial statements, closely collaborating with R&D Line Managers to monitor project and TC performance, developing necessary processes, tools, and analyses, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting, and providing insightful analysis.MISSIONS :Lead theR&DFP&A to provideaccuratefinancialstatement.Works very closely with theR&DLine Managerstomonitorthe projects and TC performance.Develops processes,tools,and analysis forappropriateneeds.Accuracy of data and timeliness of reportingInsightfulanalysisYourmaintasksandresponsibilitiesinclude: Financial Planning &Analysis:Budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial strategies.Control, consolidation, and analyses of monthly closingPreparation ofCodirmonthly reviewR&Dcontrolling :Calculation and validation of standard hourly ratesEnsure that R&D scheme are correctly performedProgress monitoring of margins, profitability, and performance of projectsFollow up the Development costs statementsHours/FTE/ OPEX/CAPEXFollow and secure cost control activitiesmonitoringspending versus budget for theorganizationactivities.Follow-up of accounting records of R&D impacts in IFRS: Cost capitalization, Customer contribution, impairment test, Depreciation)Coordination of CIRISS:SAP participation to re-enforce PS FI CO deployment.Budget upload in SAPISS Process Owner (HFM)Preparation of statement during impairment test process.Maintain POWER BI ReportsInformation Criticality & Confidentiality: This role is associated with Information Criticality Level 2 and requires strict adherence to confidentiality obligations, in line with the sensitivity of the information handled.PROFILEWhat do you bring:A completed Master's degree in the field of business economics, finance & control or similarAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in a complex industrial or Technical center environmentExperience with various grant processes and financial reportingInternational automotive exposureSAPknow-how- HFM - POWER BIHighly proficient with Microsoft Excel and common applications used in officeAbility tomaintainworking relationships with internal and externalcustomersAbility to collect,maintainand analyzedataAbility to work with strict deadlines & large autonomyYour soft skills:Verbal and written communication skills in EnglishLeadershipAdaptabilityandlearningskillsAnalyticalandstructuredTakesinitiative, has anindependentworkingstyle andisdecisiveWantstoplayaleadingrolein adynamicand change-orientedenvironmentFeelsat home in adynamicand change-orientedenvironmentAs a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
