Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?The Operation Excellence department/team at TIP is looking for a Global Industrial Performance Engineer. This position is based in Courbevoie - La DefenseAs Global Industrial Performance Engineer (WCM), you report to a Cluster WCM Director within the Saint-Gobain Group Operational Excellence Programs team. You are part of the team driving the operational performance improvement using the World Class Manufacturing Program. You have expertise in several WCM pillars (Health & Safety, Quality & Process Control, Reliability, Industrial Efficiency) and a deep knowledge of WCM Methods & Tools, proved by practical usage.Main responsibilities are:Support the delivery of the savings / improvement plan in specific factories nominated by the Cluster DirectorDevelop the WCM standards and frameworks to ensure an effective implementation in the business.Main tasks are:Regular communication & exposure to Operations Directors & Plant managers to work together on deployment of regional/country/site WCM RoadmapAs a member of central OPEX team, deliver Yellow belt and Green belt trainings and coach local trainers in the implementation.As lead auditor regularly perform assessments/coaching of sites on the unique SG WCM model in all businesses. Moreover, to coach the auditors in training.To proactively coach & train the cluster WCM regional/country champions & facilitators on World Class Manufacturing model to achieve the desired performance targets in their perimeter.To define, share & promote best practices throughout your businesses.Support coordination of plant support with other central functions (4.0, Innovation)Key indicators are:Customer Satisfaction (measured by feedback surveys)WCM Manufacturing Savings (hard savings from projects)Sustainable Operational KPI improvementYou will work in an international environment, in a position allowing significant further career development. You will work on a global scale with extensive travel of up to 50% of your time. Therefore, localization within a Saint-Gobain site in Europe convenient for travel, though not preferred, can be considered.Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ? Engineer background5/ 6 years' experience minimum in operational roles in either logistics or manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated experience of using continuous improvement techniques to improve performanceFully fluent in EnglishPersonal Attributes:Technical SkillsWorking knowledge of Risk Assessment and health & safety in operationsOperational management experience within a manufacturing or logistics environmentContinuous improvement methodologies (at least one green belt preferred)Knowledge on Project ManagementQuality Systems (could be ISO9001 / IATF)Capable with at least EXCEL and Micro strategy as analytic toolsManagement and Soft skillsOpen minded and forward thinker. Proactive on proposing new ideas and solutions.Highly developed empathy with the ability to deploy situational leadershipStrong abilities to challenge the status quo to consistently drive for improved results accordingly to business orientationsStrong communication skills to convey the vision in a manner readily accessible and understandable to all types of stakeholder.Active listening and ability for conflict management and objection handlingStrong Change Management skillsThis offer is open to all talents!
