TIP Operational construction chemicals teams are looking for a GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE LEADER to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. You will support regions in deploying operational excellence, Continuous Improvement and operational standards, while facilitating knowledgesharing and capability development across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives
Support regional teams during the annual net manufacturing savings cycle and identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and challenge results to stimulate progress.
Facilitate improvement events and competencebuilding workshops.
Administer the Continuous Improvement on corporate platform
Develop and deploy operational standards
Contribute to the development of operations and maintenance standards.
Support the audit processes ensuring adherence to standards.
Ensure visibility of gaps and followup on corrective actions.
Collaborate with Quality teams on the rollout of Grouplevel quality programs.
Support regions and functions on projects
Assist in debottlenecking projects and performance improvement efforts in plants.
Identify opportunities to enhance service levels, efficiency, and profitability.
Promote and implement best practices across sites.
Drive capability development through Operation Improvement
Deliver ongoing training to key operational staff.
Further develop learning materials to support longterm competence growth.
Facilitate communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing.
Contribute articles and insights to the corporate platform.
This position is based in United Arab Emirates or Europe (France)Possible travel up to 50 % of time spent travelling, specify if long trips or multiple short trips
Home office is possible (2 days per week maximum)

Is this job for you?
Engineer degree (Chemical or process).
10+ years of experience in implementing Continuous Improvement programs in manufacturing environments.
Strong experience with operational excellence, Continuous Improvement, and operational standards.
Fluent English and strong presentation skills.
Ability to lead and influence crossfunctional and virtual teams.
High mobility: willingness to travel and stay abroad for extended periods.
Strong IT and data analysis skills
Experience in Change Management.
International living or working experience.
