The Marketing and Communications Manager is an international position, responsible for developing, executing and overseeing Kersia's global farm marketing and communications strategies. This position will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness, engaging key stakeholders and drive business growth objectives through targeted campaigns and effective internal and external communications.
- Develop and execute annual marketing and communication initiatives and strategies for Kersia's farm business that will help support growth, achieving both brand and business goals.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and country marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies, messaging and branding, with particular focus on innovation and new product launches.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent brand message, look and feel, internally and externally across multi-marketing channels such as print, digital and events, with the overall aim of growing Kersia brand awareness.
- Optimise and develop communication channels for Kersia's farm products and services, from print advertising and PR, to managing online presence and campaigns across various digital channels.
- Implementation of tools for the improved management of requests, required actions, timelines and responsibly, as well as monitoring and analysis of performance and usage of tools.
- Analysis of performance, particularly digital marketing efforts including website, social media and all digital customer related engagement providing actionable insights.
- Management of the Portfolio Communications Assistant', ensuring the content creation is of high quality, consistent and resonates with the target audience.
Le profil recherché
- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in marketing, communication or related field, international experience in agri-food, animal health or hygiene would be beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead in a matrix organisation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong project management and organisation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (example google analytics, e-mail marketing platforms and social media scheduling)
- Fluency in English is essential, other languages is an advantage.
Location
Head office based in Dinard, France and UK offices near Manchester, therefore flexible on location, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements considered. The ideal candidate must be able to travel internationally when required.
