Based in Le Havre, you will be part of Sidel's Global Change Management and Internal Communication function. Le Havre is a historic and strategic hub for Sidel, home to critical competencies that are essential to our future. Today, the site is facing two major challenges: A significant generational transition, with many employees approaching retirement The need to attract, engage, and retain talent in a complex global organization In this context, internal communication is not just about sharing information, it is a key driver of alignment, engagement, and transformation. You will help ensure that our global strategy is clearly understood locally, while also making sure local voices are heard at a global level.
Your Mission
As Internal Communication Manager, you will:
Connect Global Strategy to Local Reality
- Translate corporate strategy into clear, concrete, and actionable messages
- Ensure consistency and clarity across communications
- Make complex topics understandable and relevant
Support Transformation & Change
- Contribute to change management initiatives
- Help leaders communicate with impact and authenticity
- Support behavioral and cultural evolution
Strengthen Engagement & Community
- Build a strong sense of belonging and shared identity
- Foster dialogue across functions and levels
- Reinforce the feeling of being one integrated global team
Partner with Leadership
- Work closely with site leadership and global stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor on communication topics
- Structure and coordinate communication plans in a matrix environment
Your Profile
