Recrutement de profils techniques (Agents, Techniciens, Ingénieurs), nous recrutons notamment sur les métiers techniques en industrie, tous secteurs confondus.

ChloéTHE CONTEXT

You will join an international organization operating in a fast-paced, technical and project-driven environment.
As part of a global Supply & Procurement transformation, the company is strengthening its procurement teams to improve speed to market, efficiency, and standardization across multiple countries.

This role is created as part of the structuring and harmonization of Procurement & Supply Chain teams.
The objective is to improve implementation services, streamline procurement workflows, and ensure seamless coordination between Engineering, Operations, Vendors, and Finance.

The Procurement Buyer plays a key role in connecting the full procurement cycle - from engineering requests to sourcing, ordering, documentation, and delivery - ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement & Sourcing

- Purchase materials such as cages, cables, hardware, plug sets, as well as related services.
- Manage the full procurement cycle: requisitions, purchase orders (PO), cross-costing validation and documentation.
- Source and qualify vendors, compare offers, negotiate pricing, and close contracts.
- Ensure all orders are correctly placed, validated, connected in systems (Oracle), and properly documented.

End-to-End Coordination

- Act as a central link between Engineering, Operations, Vendors and Finance.
- Translate engineering requests into efficient procurement actions.
- Ensure materials and services are delivered on time and aligned with project needs.
- Support implementation services by improving ordering capabilities and delivery speed.

Process & Continuous Improvement

- Contribute to the harmonization and standardization of procurement practices across regions (France, Italy, Spain, Greece and the rest of Europe).
- Build smart procurement strategies while remaining pragmatic and execution-oriented.
- Improve workflows to better capture information from operations through to delivery.

Internal & Vendor Relationships

- Manage vendor relationships and mid-level negotiations.
- Educate internal stakeholders on new procurement processes and ways of working.
- Act as an internal ambassador for procurement best practices.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Procurement experience required, ideally in an industrial, technical, energy, or Oil & Gas environment.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Technical mindset appreciated.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload in a project-based environment.
- Natural affinity for processes and structured ways of working.
- Proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented.
- Commercial mindset with experience in small to mid-level negotiations.
- Able to build strategies while thinking critically - not executing blindly.
- Willing to grow and evolve (internal mobility and promotions possible).

Languages

- Fluent in English / French required
- Spanish or German is a strong plus
