We are looking for a Learning Coordinator Intern to join our team! Forvia University, based in Nanterre, France is looking for an individual with experience in coordinating programs or events, with a proactive attitude and desire to make a positive impact on employee's development. The Forvia University Learning Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating training program execution, as well as supporting design and communication with the Corporate Learning Manager. You will be working on challenges that matter Your missions: Build, maintain, and coordinate the annual training calendar in collaboration with the Corporate Learning Manager and ensure regular updates and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Coordinate and manage training execution to ensure the best employee experience, from registration to evaluation and invoicing

- Support the design and continuous improvement of training programs
- Ensure proper application and follow-up of Learning Management System (LMS/HRIS) procedures
- Collect, follow up, and analyze participant feedback, while proposing improvements for content, processes, trainer performance, and participant experience
- Coordinate supplier relationships, including contract updates, session management, invoices, and purchase orders

Data management and analysis

- Track and report on Faurecia University Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor training evaluations to ensure quality and identify areas of improvement
- Monitor actuals, forecasts, and budget, prepare reports, and identify action plans when necessary

Communication and stakeholder engagement

- Establish and maintain strong, constructive relationships with all stakeholders
- Support communication strategies by implementing promotional actions (branding, newsletters, social media, webpages, videos, webinars, events, etc.).
- Represent Forvia University during company events such as Forvia Onboarding
