Présent sur l'ensemble du territoire avec 40 établissements et plus de 2 000 collaborateurs, Alliance Healthcare Répartition est un des leaders de la répartition pharmaceutique en France et fait partie de Cencora, entreprise mondiale de premier plan dans le domaine de la santé.
Missions :
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Comptable vos missions sont les suivantes :
- Justifier les écarts quantités et prix entre une facture, une réception et/ou un litige
- Détecter les anomalies d'imputation du code fournisseur, code agence et/ou Numéro de commande
- Contrôler les interfaces commandes, factures, réception et/ou litiges
- Effectuer le classement des informations (messagerie ou documents papiers)
La formation sera faite par l'équipe déjà en place !

Profil :
- Formation comptable BEP/ BAC,
- Expérience professionnelle dans un service rapprochement (gestion des stocks) réceptions marchandises / facturations fournisseurs
- Très bonne maîtrise EXCEL niveau 3
