The Change Management Specialist designs and delivers change management plans for Product Lab initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new products, tools, and processes. The role focuses on developing effective communication and training strategies that enable internal stakeholders-and occasionally external clients-to understand and adopt change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies for Product Lab projects, primarily using the ADKAR methodology, adapting approaches as needed.
- Ensure change governance and execution oversight, monitoring ongoing activities, proactively identifying risks, and defining mitigation and prioritization plans when required.
- Support the qualification of initiatives by assessing their maturity and viability, alignment with strategic priorities, expected business impact and value, and associated change and adoption risks.
- Act as a key driver of alignment, visibility, and information sharing across the project team and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver targeted internal communication plans for diverse audiences (Sales, Trade Managers, Pricers, Product Officers, Managers, etc.).
- Plan and facilitate training sessions and enablement activities.
- Create change-related materials, including internal documentation, eLearnings, video tutorials, Teams/SharePoint sites, and internal social posts.
- Ensure stakeholders are well-informed and equipped to adopt new tools or offer new products to end customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of change initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess issues, impacts, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex project information into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Miro, SharePoint, etc.) and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Ability to set up and maintain common standards and reference materials (templates, toolkits, checklists) to streamline and harmonize ways of working.
- People-oriented and empathetic, with a clear understanding of the human impact of change.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
