Les missions du poste

Le groupe STS est spécialisé dans la conception de pièces complètes en matériaux composites et thermoplastiques destinées au marché du camion (60%) et automobile (40%). L'expertise de STS, mondialement reconnue, s'étend de la transformation des matériaux composites et plastiques à l'application peinture robotisée. Le site de Saint Désirat, site ICPE, comprend une activité de moulage, collage, peinture et assemblage avec 13 presses de 800 à 3000 tonnes et 2 lignes de peinture.As a Customer Contact, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by balancing production activities on the plant floor while maintaining optimal, minimal inventory levels. You will be responsible for maintaining close communication with customers, developing and monitoring the master production schedule, and supporting the preparation and execution of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

In addition, you will manage safety stock levels, monitor delivery performance, follow up on alerts, and contribute to overall cost and inventory efficiency.

Le profil recherché

Background

- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Engineering
- Experience in production within an industrial environment
- Minimum advanced proficiency (English or German required)

Skills and Competencies

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience monitoring delivery performance indicators (Customer MPM, backlog management)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to follow up on alerts and ensure cost and inventory effectiveness
- ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills are highly valued
