- Lead and improve the operational performance of a supplier portfolio in terms of responsiveness and delivery reliability, in order to align their key performance indicators (KPIs) with defined targets.

- Support the development of these suppliers, in particular by establishing or strengthening with them: i) sustainable business relationships ii) improvement action plans, whose progress you will monitor and whose content and milestones you will define in collaboration with stakeholders (such as the concerned supplier and/or the Purchasing, Procurement, Quality, Industrialization, Production departments, and the Engineering Office).

- Ensure the monitoring and management of risks related to this supplier portfolio, in accordance with Group procedures and using dedicated tools.
Your main activities will include:
- Assess supplier risk levels and determine the appropriate level of monitoring. Define and deploy associated surveillance plans, including support during ramp-up/ramp-down phases, new product introductions, and the implementation of dual sourcing.
- Participate in supplier evaluations during the selection process led by the Purchasing department.
- Analyze suppliers' OTD and OQD performance and establish quality and logistics indicators based on data available in the ERP and the Purchasing department's strategy.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate QRQC function.
- Manage supplier approvals and ensure requirements are taken into account by suppliers.

Le profil recherché

Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Significant professional experience in the aeronautical industry, within Supplier Performance Management (SPM) and/or Quality teams.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working closely with suppliers in an industrial environment.

Technical Skills & Knowledge :
- Strong knowledge of supplier surveillance audit principles and tools.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and tools.
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, including:
Problem-solving methodologies
Process audits
Lean workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Functional & Behavioral Skills :
- Ability to work efficiently within cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in change management, including supporting suppliers and internal teams through improvement initiatives.
- Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.

Communication & Languages :
- English proficiency at minimum C1 level.
- Ability to discuss technical topics fluently and spontaneously, without prior preparation.
( Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Capable of representing the company externally, mainly with suppliers, and when required, with customers to present ongoing action plans.
