MISSION
Within the KIRIGlobal Brand Team,you willcontribute todefineKIRI's5-year business plan, buildingtheinnovation/renovationstrategy & fueling the pipelinewith a specific focusonEuropeandMiddle-East.
You willlead innovation / renovation projectsfrompre-exploration topost-launch,in strong partnership with countries, R&D and factories and as an advocate for consumers.
You will contribute to reaching6.5% Bel innovation rate.
You will report to the Global Head ofKiriinnovation and managea junior brand manager.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Market dynamics
- Understand consumerandcustomersneedsandcategoryin key markets
- Understand business challenges & opportunities of the Key countries you will work with
- Benchmarkproductsagainst key competitors and inspiring brands
- Recommend new business opportunitiesbased on stronginsights
Portfolio & brand strategy
- Contribute to the brand strategic plan in collaboration with the major local markets
- Inspire and co-build w/ countries the portfolio strategy on the ranges you oversee
- Define the innovation pipeline for the brandin collaboration with our localmarkets
- Collaborate with industrial teams to ensure feasibility
Positiveinno-reno
- Leadcross-functionalinno-reno projects to ensure on time and in full delivery, as planned in the Brandbusinessplan, byacustomer-first mindset and bybuilding a strong partnership with SI, R&Dandplantteams
- Getkey countriesfull commitmenttoensureprojectexecution
- Validate stage gates,resourceallocationsand project shiftsinBrand Development committees.
- Challenge and approve innovation &renovationcountries' requests, ensuring the strategic relevance of the requests, always encouraging possible synergies and guaranteeing the P&L outcomes
- Manage innovation budget (consulting, design agencies, research agencies)for your scope
Team management
- Manage1 junior brand managerand onesharedintern
- Assign projects and missions to upskill the team
- Provide regularfeedbackson performance andidentifyroom for improvement
- Build robust Individual Development Plan withtrainingsalongthe year
- Foster a culture of innovation
This position is based in Suresnes, to the west of Paris, with access via tram T2 (Suresnes Longchamp stop) and several bus lines.
YOUR ASSETS: Could this be you?
You have a degree from a business or marketing school (Master's level) and at least 7 years of experience in marketing or brand management for consumer products, within a Global department.You have several years of experience in managing innovation projects.
You are fluent in both English and French.
