Our start-up is redefining how rare and exceptional wines move across the globe, reach customers, and tell their stories.What You'll Be Doing:

- Own and optimize the global logis cs and supply chain for high-value fine wine shipments

- Oversee day-to-day logis cs, shipping, and fulfillment opera ons

- Manage end-to-end opera ons: from producer pickups to international delivery and last-mile expériences

- Build and nurture relationships with shipping partners, bonded warehouses, customs agents, and suppliers worldwide

- Implement tools and systems for inventory control, temperature-sensitive handling, and real- me tracking

- Collaborate with sales, sourcing, and customer experience teams to ensure smooth delivery and happy clients

- Drive eciency, compliance, and cost op miza on without ever compromising on quality

- Optimize our supply chain, from inventory management to last-mile delivery

- Manage rela onships with suppliers, couriers, warehouses, and customs partners

- Implement smart processes, systems, and tools to scale eciently

- Analyze logistics data to drive performance, reduce costs, and improve reliability

- Build and lead a high-performing logis cs team as we grow

- An energetic leader with 2-5 years of logistics or supply chain experience (ideally in interna onal

shipping, fine goods, or premium/luxury logistics)

- Energetic, detail-obsessed, and ready to take ownership

- Fluent in the language of customs, shipping docs, incoterms-and capable of keeping cool under pressure

- Strategic thinker, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves and hustle

- Strong communicator who can manage internal teams and external partners

- Tech-savvy (comfortable with logis cs so ware, spreadsheets, and data tools), shipping platforms, and building processes from scratch

- Organized, proactive, and obsessed with continuous improvement

- Bonus: experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth environment in the fine wine industry
