About the Role:

This fixed term contract (CDD) position will be responsible for warehousing and secondary freight operations within France. This role manages the relationship with the logistics service providers ensuring they deliver the agreed service levels at optimal cost. The scope of the role includes inventory management and accuracy throughout the network to deliver exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate volume forecasting with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and escalate capacity risks proactively.
- Gather operational performance metrics from LSPs and apply Lean methodologies to conduct root-cause analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Resolve daytoday operational issues that impact service and supply performance.
- Act as the first point of internal escalation for daily service concerns.
- Validate LSP invoices, manage invoice queries, and ensure correct allocation of operational costs.
- Manage and improve inventory accuracy across logistics partners and warehouses, ensuring KPI and compliance adherence.
- Analyse and resolve inventory variances, discrepancies, returns, damages, and other stockrelated issues.

Experience you'll bring:

- Fluent in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience working to fixed deadlines within an operational or processdriven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvement opportunities.
- (Desirable) Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
