About the role :
Reporting professionally to the Head of Cybersecurity and managerially to the local Region France P&O, the Regional Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for defining the local roadmap in the region, taking into consideration local Cybersecurity needs and the overall Cybersecurity strategy, in coordination with Ferrero's Group Cybersecurity Department.
They are in charge of identifying and gathering these specific local Cybersecurity needs and addressing them through the implementation and management of local projects. They support the deployment and enforcement at local level of Group Cybersecurity procedures, methodologies and technologies and periodically evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of Cybersecurity processes at local level, as well as overall cybersecurity maturity and gaps in the Region.
Main responsibilities :
- You define the local objectives and cybersecurity roadmap for processes and services (e.g., risk assessment, vulnerability management, awareness) in alignment with the Group strategy.
- You address local cybersecurity needs and lead improvement projects to elevate the region's security posture in line with Group guidelines.
- You conduct periodic maturity and riskexposure assessments across the region, collaborating closely with Business, IT and OT stakeholders.
- You collect and prioritize local requirements through wellmaintained communication channels with stakeholders, and share these insights with the Group Cybersecurity team.
- You integrate Group Cybersecurity requirements into local IT/Business/OT processes.
- You ensure the cybersecurity of local industrial sites and the supply chain.
- You deploy and sustain cybersecurity methodologies, processes and technologies at local level, coordinating all efforts through to project completion.
- You assess and ensure the compliance of cybersecurity tools, policies and procedures with local and technical requirements.
- You monitor local threats and vulnerabilities, support the continuous evaluation of cyber risk, and contribute to incident management for events impacting the region, in coordination with central Defence & Response.
Required skills and Knowledge :
- Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities, with strong intellectual rigor.
- Strong problemsolving mindset, grounded in structured and researchdriven approaches.
- Ease working in multicultural and distributed environments, particularly when coordinating remotely with a central team.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, considering business context.
- Broad understanding of IT & OT environments,
- Strong familiarity with international standards and regulations: ENISA, NIST, GDPR, ISO 27000...
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks: PCI, HIPAA, NIST, GLBA, SOX.
- Exposure to cyber incident coordination and response practices.
- Valuable certifications include: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Profile we are looking for :
You bring at least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, whether in a similar role, consultancy, or within a system integrator, and you have successfully managed a local or regional perimeter as the key point of contact for a central cybersecurity organization. Experience in an industrial or Food & Beverage environment is a strong advantage. You are a true cybersecurity leader, capable of giving direction, setting clear priorities, and driving a local roadmap fully aligned with a global strategy. You naturally build strong connections between local teams, central functions, and regional stakeholders, listening attentively, translating needs into concrete actions, and creating an atmosphere of trust. You operate with both pragmatism and strategic vision, combining deep technical understanding with the ability to simplify complex topics and make them accessible. You thrive in continuous improvement, proactively identifying risks, proposing robust solutions, challenging existing practices, and raising the cybersecurity maturity of a region. You navigate multicultural environments with ease, communicating with clarity and reassurance, and adapting your style to each stakeholder. Above all, you are impactoriented, driven by the desire to protect operations, anticipate threats, and ensure business continuity. You enjoy being part of a global community, collaborating with experts, and contributing actively to the security of an international group.
