.Role Overview

Azure Fabric sellers need a high level of drive to hunt for new business and customers through an indirect partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

The role requires the ability to clearly articulate and promote the Azure Fabric ecosystem and its value proposition to partners and their customers in order to drive adoption and enable new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and collaborate with selected partners to develop an Analytics / Fabric practice.

-Conduct targeted partner outreach to secure reseller commitment and support the development of marketing, product and sales capabilities within selected resellers.

-Utilize Microsoft targeting tools such as Cloud Ascent, as well as programs and offers (e.g., Campaign in a Box, partner-led workshops, industry demos) to generate new customer conversations and identify analytics opportunities among:

- existing Power BI customers
- existing Azure customers
- on-premise SQL customers

Establish a Rhythm of Business with resellers and local Microsoft stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement and performance tracking.

Drive partner outreach through multiple channels including email, Teams, social media and phone.

Promote campaigns and partner programs to generate excitement around the Microsoft ecosystem and indirect partnership opportunities.

Main Activities

- Drive Fabric channel acquisition and partner activation to scale solutions for SMB customers.
- Support resellers in obtaining partner designations and certifications.
- Lead acquisition initiatives such as blitz weeks, webinars and enablement sessions.
- Stimulate engagement and performance improvement among underperforming resellers.
- Ensure resellers leverage available incentives and partner programs.
- Align the impact of top-performing resellers with partner investment strategies.
- Support resellers in qualifying opportunities and closing customer deals when required.
- Use available partner data tools to drive go-to-market execution with partners.
- Participate in ecosystem events such as partner summits, bootcamps and enablement programs.
- Represent the Microsoft ecosystem by demonstrating strong solution knowledge and sales capabilities.

Le profil recherché

Strong passion for technology with a continuous learning mindset.

Fluency in English required; an additional language is a plus.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development in the IT industry.

Experience working with:

- Data & Analytics solutions
- Cloud technologies
- IT services or software vendors
- is highly valued.
- Basic understanding of:
- Azure
- Data & AI solutions
- Microsoft partner ecosystem

Experience working with Microsoft technologies in a sales or inside sales environment is beneficial.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools.

Familiarity with Azure and/or Dynamics product environments is a plus.

- Certifications

Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) must be completed within 2 months of hire.

Additional Azure certifications are encouraged.

- Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development within the technology sector.
