Our client is a main European distributor and converter of Shielding RFI and Thermal MANAGEMENT products, with headquarters in Italy.

Established in France since 2007, they are currently looking for a Sales Administrator (fluent in English) to support their growth in the French market.

You will report to the France Sales Manager within a collaborative and supportive work environment.

This role is a great opportunity to work at the crossroads between France and Italy across various business sectors, and is ideal for those looking to build a long-term professional relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound Flow Management: Handle 20 to 40 daily emails (price quotes, order tracking, first-level technical inquiries) and phone calls (approx. 10 per day).
- Logistics Coordination: Keep customers updated on order status, stock levels, and delivery lead times in coordination with the production team.
- Administrative Management: Order entry and database updates (ERP). Follow up on overdue payments when necessary.

Please note: Availability for a mandatory 10-15 day initial training period in Italy is required.

Le profil recherché


- Requirements: native french with a very good level in English(written/spoken). Italian is a significant advantage (the production site is located in the Milan area).
- Education & Experience: Ideally you hold a Bachelor's degree and have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, you have already used an ERP system and standard office tools (Word/excel).
- Skills: Rigorous and customer-oriented, you combine strong organizational and communication skills with a high sense of confidentiality.
