Upfluence's software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale to execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, as well as provide detailed reporting metrics. Since the launch of our SaaS software in October 2016, the company has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Lyon, Mexico City and Madrid.
About the Role
As an Expansion Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and retention across our existing customer base. You will evaluate customer accounts, identify opportunities for expansion, and help clients maximize the value they get from the Upfluence platform.
You will work closely with customers to increase platform adoption, uncover upsell opportunities, and generate additional revenue from existing accounts while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long term relationships. The Expansion Account Manager owns the full upsell cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing expansion deals within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for upsells, increased platform adoption, and additional revenue
- Own and manage the full upsell cycle, from opportunity identification to closing expansion deals
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks to improve retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Share customer feedback internally to support product improvements
- Track account performance and use data to inform expansion and revenue strategies
Qualifications
- Customer first mindset with the ability to align client goals with business strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in account management, customer success, or sales
- Proven ability to drive retention, upsells, or additional revenue within existing accounts
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools and performance data
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
