Chargé d'Appels d'Offre H/F - ABYSS ENERGY

We are currently looking for a Proposal Engineer (Tender Writer) to support the preparation and management of technical and commercial proposals as described in the present specification.

MISSIONS:

The service will be performed autonomously under the supervision of a manager, with regular interaction with multiple project disciplines.

Main Responsibilities

The Proposal Engineer will support the preparation, coordination, and submission of client tenders. Key duties include:

- Receiving and reviewing Client tender documentation, and ensuring it is properly distributed to all stakeholders involved in the proposal process
- Preparing and distributing templates for technical and commercial proposals
- Ensuring consistency and uniform formatting of all proposal documentation
- Coordinating the preparation and compilation of tender submissions in accordance with Client requirements (identification, formatting, reprography, and electronic management)
- Managing the final submission of the proposal documentation
- Ensuring proper archiving of submitted proposals within the company system

Developing and maintaining a documentary database to facilitate rapid preparation of prequalification dossiers and future tenders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally related to tender preparation or document management
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- High level of rigor, organization, and proactivity
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong teamwork
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is preferred
