The Platform

With c. €12 billion of assets under management, CA Indosuez is a major private markets' investor through its Tiera Capital Funds investing mostly across Europe, North America and Asia. Its dedicated investment team makes 40 to 50 investments every year with a mix of (i) primary commitments, (ii) secondary transactions (lead or co-invests) and (iii) direct co-investments in companies. The Private Market platform of CA Indosuez covers a large scope of strategies including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, and secondary.

Your role

- Participating in due-diligence processes for new private equity investments (primary, secondary and co-invests);
- Defending investment recommendations to the Investment Committee;
- Ensuring monitoring and reporting of the existing investments in portfolio;
- Participating to investment execution and structuring alongside internal and external counsels;
- Managing deal-flow and digital monitoring tools related to investments;

The Private Equity Analyst will report to a senior professional of the investment team and work in collaboration with a dedicated team of investment managers and analysts mostly based in Geneva.
