Your missions :

- Craft clear, engaging, and elegant content for internal and employer brand communication
- Ensure consistency of tone and brand voice across all internal touchpoints
- Translate strategic messages into compelling narratives that engage employees globally
- Support internal storytelling initiatives highlighting culture, values, and employer brand
- Collaborate with Communication, HR, Creative, and Leadership teams to develop content concepts
- Maintain high editorial standards across all formats and channels

- Native English speaker with excellent writing skills
- Around 5 years of experience in copywriting for internal and employer brand communication, experiences in luxury or premium environments is additional
- Strong sense of tone of voice, brand identity, and storytelling
- Ability to simplify complex topics into accessible and inspiring content
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work across cross-functional teams

Our recruitment process :

Step 1: You will meet with a Recruitment Consultant for a phone or video conversation to talk about you, your background, and your career aspirations. During this meeting, we will also introduce Teaminside and the different career paths we offer. At the end of this first step, we will be able to tell you whether joining Teaminside is a possibility.

Step 2: You will have a meeting with a Senior Project Director to discuss the mission in more detail and explore how well our client aligns with your ambitions. By the end of this second step, we will be able to confirm whether this mission is the right fit to start our collaboration.

Step 3: Direct conversation with our client to finalize the match between you and the mission.
