Vene Recrutement, cabinet de recrutement dédié aux métiers Architecture / Architecture intérieur & Ingénierie, Immobilier & Construction et Mode / Artisanat & Luxe.Our client is urgently seeking a motivated, talented and ambitious project architect with at least 8 years' professional experience on large-scale projects (educational buildings, museums or large residential complexes) excluding skyscrapers or urban development, to work in their Paris offices on high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Actively participate in the design and development of large-scale projects such as educational buildings, museums, or major residential complexes.
- Develop, refine, and translate architectural concepts in line with the vision of the Project Manager and the agency's artistic direction.
- Contribute to conceptual research and the exploration of innovative solutions, ensuring the aesthetic, technical, and functional quality of the proposals.
- Participate in project presentations (both internal and external), supporting the Project Manager and contributing to the promotion of the design work to clients and partners.
- Identify technical and organizational challenges within the project and propose appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to project planning and the definition of key milestones in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Profile :

- Project Architect (under the supervision of a Project Manager)
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Strong design skills
- Proven experience

- On large-scale projects (educational buildings, museums or large residential complexes) excluding skyscrapers or urban development
- Experience in the United States and/or the United Kingdom is an asset

- Personality / Soft skills :

- Capable of leading project meetings with local teams independently
- Strong understanding of the full project process and milestones, with ability to anticipate challenges
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

Software Proficiency :

- Fluency in AutoCAD and Rhino is essential

Employment requirements :

- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
- EU passport or right to work in the EU
