Byredo is looking for a highly analytical and strategicPerformance Media Manager to lead the global full-funnel media strategy worldwide across all digital touchpoints.
Mission
Global Media & Full-Funnel Performance Leadership

- Define and implement the global performance media strategy across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Develop full-funnel media frameworks aligning brand equity with commercial objectives.
- Lead media investment strategy and budget allocation across channels to maximize global KPIs (ROAS, revenue, traffic quality, new customer acquisition, etc.).
- Drive continuous testing roadmap (creative testing, audience segmentation, landing page optimization, incrementality tests).
- Ensure performance consistency across brand launches, key commercial moments, and evergreen campaigns.

Markets Coordination

- Define global guidelines, toolkits, reporting standards, and best practices. Lead global traffic performance.
- Support and challenge local markets on media plans and investment strategies. Adapt media plan and framework to local platform and specificities
- Coordinate with local teams on key launches and retail activations.

Ownership of All Traffic Sources

- Lead and optimize traffic channels globally for byredo.com: Paid Social: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Paid Search & Shopping: Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Shopping), Display & Programmatic, Affiliation and advocacy programs, Line & APAC-specific platforms, SEO and Direct, GEO & LLMs
- Ensure strategic channel mix optimization and budget pacing and reallocation based on performance

Analytics, Insights & Strategic Recommendations

- Analyze cross-channel performance to extract actionable insights and translate complex data into clear business recommendations for leadership.
- Drive performance forecasting and budget simulations.
- Build executive-level dashboards and performance reports.

Team Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

- Manage and mentor performance media executive.
- Lead agency relationships.
- Collaborate closely with: E-commerce team, CRM team, Brand team, Markets

Le profil recherché


Description du profil :

Seeked profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Performance Media / Digital Media / Traffic Management.
- Proven experience in luxury, beauty or premium international brands.
- Strong experience managing multi-market / global scope.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Google Suite & GA4
- Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Shopping)
- Meta Business Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager is a plus
- Line & APAC media ecosystems is a plus
- Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and full-funnel measurement.
- Experience managing agencies and/or direct reports.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
