As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you Dare to Grow with us?CEVA France SASU is seeking an experienced and dedicated Global Business Process Excellence Specialist to join our Product Development and Innovation division. This is a key role designed to optimise and elevate our business processes across the logistics operations related to finished vehicle logistics, which are critical to delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency on a global scale.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and excellence in process management by analysing current workflows, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing best practices that align with the strategic objectives of CEVA France.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end business process analysis and mapping efforts across multiple regions to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.

* Design, develop, and implement process improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction within the finished vehicle logistics sector.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, innovation, logistics operations, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration of process changes.

* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and report actionable insights to leadership.

* Support change management initiatives by providing training, documentation, and communication materials to ensure successful adoption of new processes.

* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process management and logistics to continuously contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

* Drive the deployment of digital tools and automation solutions that support process excellence and operational agility.

Le profil recherché

Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in business process improvement, preferably within the logistics or automotive industry.
* Strong knowledge of finished vehicle logistics and supply chain operations is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at various organisational levels.
* Proficiency in process modelling tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN is an advantage.
* Effective communication skills, capable of delivering complex information clearly and engagingly to diverse audiences.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment that values diversity and continuous learning.
