ENTER THE GAME

As a Design Ops Assistant, you'll join a supportive team where learning, collaboration, and good design habits come first. You'll help keep our Design System organized and consistent, make workflows smoother for designers and developers, and contribute to experiences that feel clear and easy for our users. In this role, you'll grow stepbystep alongside experienced teammates and discover how great products are built every day.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Design System (components, guidelines, documentation).
- Ensure interface consistency across different products and between design and development teams.
- Support the improvement of Design Ops processes to streamline collaboration and delivery.
- Assist designers and developers in applying design standards and best practices.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness, creativity and enthusiasm!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

- You're curious about Design Systems and want to learn how they work
- You know the basics of UI/UX and enjoy working with components
- You like collaborating with designers and developers
- You're interested in improving how teams work together (Design Ops)
- You pay attention to detail and consistency
- You communicate well and enjoy being part of a team

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet Pierre - Design Ops, your future mentor & Lucien - Head Of Product Design, his manager.

Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 and 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
