This role is a key opportunity within a Finance team undergoing significant transformation:

Exposure & Mentorship: You will report directly to the Head of Finance and benefit from close proximity to strategic decision-making.

M&A Projects: Lengow is planning strategic acquisitions. You will actively participate in due diligence processes and the financial integration of future targets.

LBO Environment: You will operate in a demanding international environment with direct interaction with our investors.

Your main tasks would be as follows :

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work alongside another FP&A to drive financial performance:

1. Topline and ARR Analysis

- Conduct detailed ARR analysis by segments (markets, customer types, channels).
- Monitor key B2B SaaS performance metrics (Churn, Upsell, Downsell, Expansion).
- Explain Topline variations during monthly closings.
- Act as a Business Partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Sales & CSM teams.

2. Cost Management and Forecasting

- Manage the full Sales & Marketing cost cycle.
- Oversee Sales Commissions: calculate accruals and determine payout amounts.
- Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
- Track variances between forecasts and actuals to identify risks and opportunities.

3. Investor Reporting

- Produce cross-functional reporting for our investment fund.
- Contribute to the preparation of Monthly Board Packs and monthly performance reports.
- Support the implementation of standard KPIs in an LBO environment.

Specific benefits may vary depending on your country of employment (France or Spain).

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience: Ideally 4 to 6 years of experience. A background in Audit is strongly preferred for methodological rigor, complemented by experience in Controlling or FP&A.

Industry: Experience in B2B SaaS or the Tech sector is a strong advantage to understand recurring revenue dynamics.

Skills: Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with professional proficiency in English (international environment).

Soft Skills: Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
