The BI Data Analyst ensures reliable reporting, data consistency, and analytics capabilities across PMO, Finance, and Planning. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, writing and optimizing SQL queries, improving data models, supporting data validation and reconciliation, and collaborating with business teams to translate needs into BI solutions. The role contributes to BI governance, documentation, and the progressive internalization of BI expertise.Required profile: 2-5 years experience in BI/Data Analysis, strong SQL and Power BI skills, data modelling (star schema, fact/dimension), understanding of financial KPIs, analytical mindset, ability to collaborate with technical and business teams. Fluent English & French.This role supports the BI team's expansion and ensures continuity following a team departure, contributing to strengthened inhouse BI capability and Alstom's digital and data transformation objectives.
