Poste
As a Licensing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving stable and efficient business operations. You will strengthen collaboration between our Central European team, our headquarters in Japan, sister companies, and external licensing partners.
Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):
- Stakeholder alignment: Orchestrate regular coordination and information sharing with Japanese HQ and sister companies to ensure global alignment
- Contract management: Partner with Legal teams to streamline the signature process for external stakeholder contracts and inter-company agreements
- Financial & Operational oversight: Collaborate with Finance, Brand, and HQ teams (Marketing, Production, Legal) to manage critical data sharing (costs, royalties, POs, Day 1 orders) and optimize P&L projections and management accounting
- Approval coordination: Manage the licensor approval process (PMATs, events, social media) in collaboration with internal teams and global sister companies
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive contract status updates, including end-of-rights notifications, territorial restrictions, and new business scheme introductions
- Administrative support: Upon request, manage business travel, translation and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Process optimization: Develop and implement sustainable financial and contractual workflows to improve long-term operational efficiency
- Synergy: Collaborate with management on new initiatives to drive group synergies
Profil
- Strong experience in Licensing, including product approval workflows
- Experience collaborating on financial and contractual projects
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand different business cultures
- Team-oriented, proactive, collaborative
- Strong communication skills and ability to read context
- Service-oriented and problem-solver
