As part of our strategic growth initiative across Europe, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Sales & Marketing division a Sales Excellence Director Europe (F-H-D) on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing Europe, you will lead the Sales Excellence team with functional oversight of Sales Excellence, Data Stewards, and Sales Operations teams across European Areas, based in France, in COURBEVOIE.

You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of driving sales transformation and performance optimization across the European region.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Your mission is to drive sales performance, implement best practices, and enhance overall sales effectiveness across the Europe region, ensuring measurable growth and operational excellence. Your role is essential to building scalable sales frameworks that deliver consistent results while adapting to local market dynamics.

You will:

- Develop and implement sales excellence strategies with regional performance improvement plans, analysing sales data and metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs while implementing continuous learning and skill development initiatives to address team capability gaps
- Deploy and develop sales tools, methodologies, processes, and playbooks to standardize and optimize sales effectiveness
- Monitor regional sales performance targets through advanced tracking systems and data-driven performance management
- Ensure the deployment and adoption of CRM and sales analytics tools across all European teams
- Drive digital transformation in sales processes, ensuring technology proficiency and seamless integration
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Data Stewards, and regional stakeholders to maintain consistency while adapting to local market nuances

Advanced communication skills with presentations and storytelling capabilities - Ensures you can articulate complex sales strategies clearly, compellingly communicate performance insights to senior leadership, and influence decision-makers across diverse audiences.

Data-driven decision making with strong data analysis capabilities - Enables you to leverage CRM analytics, extract actionable insights from sales metrics, and make evidence-based strategic recommendations that continuously refine sales effectiveness.

Cross-functional collaboration abilities - Ensures seamless coordination with Sales Operations, Data Stewards, and regional teams to implement scalable sales frameworks while managing different internal stakeholder expectations.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from a recognized university.

You have minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales performance functions, ideally with a strong interest in driving digital transformation and sales excellence initiatives.

You are fluent in English (spoken and written) whith enables effective communication and collaboration across the European region and with international stakeholders in all business contexts.
