En tant qu'Analyste Senior Paie chez MKS, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fiabilité, la conformité et la gouvernance des opérations de paie, avec un focus principal sur la paie française.

Rattaché(e) au Payroll Manager EMEAI, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH, Finance ainsi qu'avec des prestataires de paie externes, dans un environnement international avec une paie externalisée.

Ce poste requiert de solides capacités d'analyse, une grande rigueur et une excellente compréhension des environnements réglementaires complexes.

Vous contribuerez également au transfert de la paie française d'un prestataire local vers un prestataire global, ce qui fait de ce poste une opportunité idéale pour une personne appréciant le changement, la résolution de problématiques complexes et les environnements dynamiques et rapides.

Vos principales responsabilités

Vous aurez un impact direct en :

- Agissant en tant qu'Analyste Senior Paie référent pour la France, garantissant l'exactitude, la conformité et la livraison des paies dans les délais
- Révisant, validant et auditant les calculs de paie réalisés par des prestataires externes
- Servant d'interface clé entre les collaborateurs, les équipes RH, Finance et les prestataires de paie
- Apportant un support aux activités de paie internationale au-delà de la France, selon votre expérience
- Participant aux transitions de prestataires, aux implémentations et aux évolutions des systèmes de paie
- Interprétant et appliquant les politiques et règles de paie, notamment en matière de :
- Congés et absences
- Heures supplémentaires et travail de nuit
- Avantages sociaux et retenues
- Conventions collectives et obligations légales
- Garantissant la conformité totale avec la législation sociale et paie française et assurant une veille réglementaire continue
- Participant aux audits internes et externes, aux déclarations fiscales et sociales
- Documentant les processus de paie et contribuant à l'amélioration continue et au partage de connaissances
- Collaborant étroitement avec des interlocuteurs dans un environnement multiculturel et international

Profil recherché

Qualifications et expérience requises

- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en paie française
- Expérience dans un environnement de paie externalisée et international
- Solide connaissance de :
- La législation du travail française
- Les conventions collectives
- Les cadres réglementaires et de conformité paie
- Expérience sur un poste d'Analyste Paie, axé sur la validation, l'analyse et les contrôles, plutôt que sur le traitement opérationnel pur
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (impératif)
- Expérience avec Workday
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et grande attention aux détails
- Capacité à gérer la complexité, l'ambiguïté et le changement
- Volonté d'élargir progressivement le périmètre à d'autres pays

A Day in Your Life at MKS

As a Senior Payroll Analyst at MKS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and governance of payroll operations, with a primary focus on French payroll.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager for EMEAI, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers in an international, outsourced payroll environment. This role requires strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

You will also contribute to the ongoing transition of French payroll from a local payroll provider to a global payroll provider, making this position wellsuited for someone who thrives in change, enjoys problemsolving, and is comfortable working in fastpaced environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will make an impact by:

- Acting as the Senior Payroll Analyst for France, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Reviewing, validating, and auditing payroll calculations prepared by thirdparty payroll providers
- Serving as a key liaison between employees, HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors
- Supporting international payroll activities beyond France, depending on experience
- Participating in payroll provider transitions, implementations, and system upgrades
- Interpreting and applying payroll policies, including:
- Leave of absence and absences
- Overtime and night shifts
- Benefits and deductions
- Collective bargaining agreements and statutory requirements
- Ensuring full compliance with French payroll legislation and staying current with regulatory changes
- Supporting internal and external audits, tax filings, and social security reporting
- Documenting payroll processes and contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge transfer
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders in a multicultural, international environment

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of payroll experience, with strong and proven expertise in French payroll
- Experience working in an international, outsourced payroll environment
- Solid understanding of:
- French labor law
- Collective bargaining agreements
- Payroll compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in a Payroll Analyst role, focused on validation, analysis, and controls rather than pure processing
- Fluency in French and English (both mandatory)
- Experience working with Workday
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change
- Willingness to learn and expand payroll scope to additional countries over time

Nice to Have / Preferred

- Exposure to payroll in other European countries
- Experience working with:
- ADP
- SILAE
- Global payroll providers
