Rattachement hiérarchique : Country Manager
Role and Scope
We are looking for someone to take full ownership of the independent and some key accounts in the greater Paris Region.
Reporting directly into the Country Manager France, you'll focus on maximizing all sales opportunities within the existing book of accounts as well as identifying new target retailers. ( independents store, hotels & spa channel, babies stores, flowers shops, concept Lifestyle stores...)
Working closely with the Country Manager, to establish and execute the company strategy for your region.
This role will be based in Paris, with an initial training of 3 days in London Headquarters.
You must be able and willing to travel within your area as well as to London for meetings and tradeshows as required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the territory growth strategy alongside Country Manager France.
- Seasonal product/revenue forecasting for your territory.
- Presenting new ranges to your accounts.
- Ensuring regular visits/communication with all retailers/buyers.
- Working alongside the customer service team to ensure all enquiries/orders/deliveries are managed to a satisfactory standard.
- Identify business opportunities and grow the region using a strategic approach.
- Attending in-country trade shows.
- Supporting in-country seasonal launch conference.
- Apply commercial awareness to make brand-appropriate' decisions.
- Weekly updates on key meetings, opportunities and territory growth.
- Ensure we are in all the right points of distribution that align with the brand luxury and premium positioning and presentation.

Professional Qualifications
- Previous experience as an account manager or regional sales manager (independants and wholesale accounts).
- Proven experience of managing a book of accounts.
- Track record of growing a territory in a commercial/strategic way.
- High accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
- With a personable and positive approach, you're accustomed to maximizing sales through professional relationships, whilst understanding business limitations.
- Remain mindful of the brand tone and communication style associated with it.
- Confident in making commercial decisions, happy to take direction from more senior team members when needed.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand the wider context of managing accounts, liaising with different functions of the business internally, focused on clear and concise communication.
- Fluent in both French and English - written and spoken.
