My client is a fast-growing European SaaS company transforming how hospitality operators manage their operations.

After several years of strong growth, the company is entering a new phase of acceleration, with a clear ambition to scale in revenue. To support this growth, they are strengthening their marketing team with a key hire positioned at the crossroads of Product, Sales, and Marketing.

This role is central to ensuring that what is built is not only relevant, but also clearly positioned, well understood by the market, and able to generate tangible commercial impact.

The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across the platform.

You will work closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success teams to translate product capabilities into clear value propositions that drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue.

Your role will be to simplify complex features into compelling narratives, ensuring consistency across markets while adapting to different segments and use cases. You will lead product launches end-to-end, from defining the strategy and messaging to coordinating execution across teams, with a strong focus on business impact.

You will also play a key role in enabling Sales by providing them with the right tools, content, and arguments to improve conversion and deal velocity. At the same time, you will continuously bring market and customer insights into the organization, helping refine positioning and strengthen product-market fit.

Finally, you will contribute to driving adoption and expansion within the existing customer base, working closely with Customer Success and Growth teams to ensure the full value of the platform is understood and activated.

Le profil recherché


We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager with around 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments.

You have a strong track record of translating product capabilities into real business impact, whether through successful product launches, improved positioning, or measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.

You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders. You are able to simplify complex topics into clear and compelling messaging, and you approach your work with both a strategic mindset and a hands-on attitude.

You are data-driven, curious, and comfortable operating in international environments.

Fluency in English is required.
